Just to let you know and it goes without saying that we are following all government guidelines. We are a relatively small business and are able to work in an agile way and quickly implement changes into our business. Keeping our customers and people safe is at the heart of what we do and nothing is more important at this time or any other for that matter!
As of today we are maintaining a near normal service online, most products are picked and packed within 48 hours, but only myself and the fellow owners of the business are attending the warehouse to pick and pack orders. We are doing this under strict protocols to keep our customers and each other safe.
So far our carriers DPD and RoyalMail have done an amazing job maintaining service, bringing in contactless delivery to make the process safer for all. Inevitably as things unfold, there may be some delays and we would ask that you bear with us at this time.
Finally a massive thank you, many of you shop from us again and again and without this support our business would not keep going.
